Membership of SportEvents.ME – Application & Fees

1. ID or passport copy is required upon application.
2. Each application must be accompanied by full payment for one (1) year’s membership fees, payments can be made by cash or credit card.
3. All applications are subject to review by the management with the right to refuse membership.
4. Membership is valid for one (1) year starting from the issue of membership card, unless the membership is terminated by the management of FSW Event Management.
5. Each membership will auto renewal with reminder email sent one (1) month prior to expiration should you wish to leave. Expired Memberships will not carry over any bonuses, product or services.

Membership Benefits, rights and privileges

6. Memberships are non-refundable.
7. Customers are required to present a valid membership card to avail services and discounts.
8. It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter an event or venue.
9. It is customers responsibility to adhere to all regulations set by the vendors and event organisers.
10. If the customer is declined entry, discount or services by the vendor for any reason FSW Event Management is not liable.
11. Members are entitled to the discount given on the membership package for services and products.
12. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
13. Discounts and services offered within membership are subject to change without notice.

15. Free services cannot be converted to cash or products.
16. Members are expected to follow vendors rules and regulations.
17. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other packages or promotional offers.

Membership Termination

18. FSW Event Management has the right to terminate any member should they commit any of the below

18.1 Non-payment of services or products

18.2 Abuse of membership, including antisocial behaviour at events, mis-use of privileges

19. In the event of cancellation, termination and expiration of the membership, members can no longer use the privileges and benefits of the membership program. No refund shall be given for early cancellation or termination.
